The recipe is without sterilization, you see, this greatly simplifies the process.
It is better to take tomatoes for such a workpiece, cream is perfect. In addition to the main ingredients, you can add a little garlic, carrots and peas. We make the marinade sweet for tomatoes, as a result it will be very tasty!
Ingredients:
- tomatoes - 250 g
- onions - 1 pc.,
- garlic - 1 clove,
- peppercorns - 3 pcs.,
- water - 300 ml.,
- carrots - 3 slices,
- salt - 1 tsp (no slide)
- sugar - 1 tablespoon,
- vinegar 9% - 2 tbsp.,
- vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
How to cook delicious slices of tomatoes for the winter
So, initially immediately prepare containers - products on one half-liter jar. Wash, sterilize containers over steam or in the oven. Wash and dry the tomatoes well, cut into slices, and, without fail, remove the growth site of the stalk.
Peel a medium-sized onion, rinse, dry. Onion cut into half rings of medium thickness.
At the bottom of the jar, throw chopped carrots, a couple of half rings of onion and peppercorns. Also add peeled garlic clove to the jar.
