- tomatoes - 700 g;

How to prepare mashed tomatoes with garlic
Prepare all the products - for this preparation you just need delicious tomatoes. Wash and dry tomatoes.
On each tomato, make a cross-shaped incision with a sharp knife.
On the stove, bring water to a boil, transfer the tomatoes to a pan or bowl, pour boiling water and leave to steam for 7-10 minutes. After a while, drain the water.
Peel the garlic cloves, rinse and dry.
Remove the peel from the tomatoes with ease, remove the stem growth site.
Cut each tomato into small pieces.
Transfer tomatoes and garlic into a bowl of a kitchen blender.
Grind tomatoes and garlic at high power until smooth.
