Ingredients:
- tomatoes - 0.5 kg
- apples - 200 g
- water - 0.5 l
- salt - 1.5 tsp,
- sugar - 2 tsp,
- vinegar - 2 tablespoons,
- garlic, dill - to taste.
How to cook tomatoes with apples for the winter
Prepare all the necessary ingredients on a list. Wash and dry the tomatoes, cut out the stem growth site. Cut the tomatoes into small slices or leave whole if the fruits are small.
Wash and dry the apple, cut the core. Cut the apple pulp into cubes or slices.
Prepare a sterile jar - first wash with soda, then send for sterilization in the oven, over steam or in the microwave. At the bottom of the prepared container, throw a clove of garlic and a couple of sprigs of dill. Fill the jar with tomatoes and apples, alternating layers.
Pour the ingredients in a jar of boiling water, leave for 15 minutes alone.
After 15 minutes, pour the water into the pan, boil and pour again into the jar for 15 minutes.
For the last time, pour water into the pan, add salt and sugar, boil for three minutes and pour vinegar. Immediately return the marinade to the jar and roll up hermetically. Put the jar upside down, cover it with a blanket, leave it for a day alone. Store in a cool, dark place.
