In winter, tomatoes can be served just like a snack, you can use them to prepare a delicious sauce for pasta, stew, vegetables, etc., add to soups or borscht - there are many variations!

  • salt - 1 tsp (without slide);
  • sugar - 2 tsp;
  • vinegar 9% - 1 tbsp;
  • vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon

Prepare all the necessary products on the list. Choose tomatoes of small size, even and without damage. After you need to wash and dry the tomatoes. Sterilize the tomato jar in advance, wash it before with soda or a special detergent. Next, you need to fill the jar with tomatoes, shake it several times so that the tomatoes lie more densely to each other.

Use homemade tomato for harvesting - scroll through the tomatoes in a meat grinder (300-400g), then rub through a sieve. Pour the tomato into a bowl or pan, add salt and sugar, then put on fire and cook for 3-4 minutes. At the end of cooking, add vinegar and oil.

Pour the tomatoes in the bank with boiling water, cover the neck with a lid and leave alone for a while - 10 minutes. After a while, drain the water, boil and again return to the tomatoes, leave for 10 minutes. Double filling allows you to do without additional sterilization.
