Salad of cucumbers with onions for the winter "Lick your fingers"

You can serve salad to the table with various cereals or dishes of potatoes, you can also serve it with meat, fish, poultry. It is good to keep the salad even in the usual pantry in the apartment.
Ingredients:
- cucumbers - 1 kg;
- onions - 100 g;
- vinegar 9% - 30 ml;
- vegetable oil - 30 ml;
- salt - 1 tbsp;
- sugar - 1.5 tbsp .;
- peppercorns - to taste.
How to cook a cucumber salad with onions for the winter
Prepare all the necessary ingredients on a list. Choose delicious fresh cucumbers that are not a bit bitter. After washing them and trim the ends on both sides. Cut the cucumbers into medium-sized slices.
Rinse and dry onions, peel and rinse. Cut the onion into half rings or cubes. You can also add your favorite greens to the salad if desired.
Prepare a pan, transfer sliced cucumbers into it and add chopped onions.
Pour a portion of vegetable oil into a pan with cucumbers and onions.
Next, add salt and sugar to the cucumbers, add a little pepper with peas - allspice and ordinary.
Put the pan on a small fire, cook the salad for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add vinegar at the end of cooking.
Arrange the salad in sterile jars, immediately roll up and put the bottom up.
Throw a blanket over the cans and cool for 24 hours. After a while, move the banks to the cellar.
