Salad "Cobra" from eggplant for the winter

The salad will be spicy, first we will cook adjika, you need to make it with a spark, add more hot pepper and garlic. Eggplant is fried in circles and after a little stewed in adjika. You can serve such a salad to the table with any garnish; the salad also diversifies the festive table well. Well, let's get started!
Ingredients:
- acute adjika - 1 glass;
- eggplant - 2 pcs.;
- sweet pepper - 2 pcs.;
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp;
- salt - 1 tsp;
- sugar - 2-3 tsp;
- vinegar 9% - 1 tablespoon
How to cook cobra salad with eggplant:
Choose small oblong eggplant. Cut them into rings or cubes - as you like best. If the taste is bitter, soak them in saline - soak a tablespoon of salt per liter of water - soak for 20 minutes.
Peppers, peeled seed box, cut veins. Cut pepper into strips.
Prepare adjika - the amount of ingredients can be varied - take one hot pepper, a head of garlic, a couple of sweet peppers for 400 grams of tomatoes - skip everything in a meat grinder - cook for 20 minutes. Measure a glass of adjika.
Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan, transfer eggplant and pepper into oil - fry a little - literally 4-5 minutes.
Add adjika, salt, sugar to vegetables. Stir everything and simmer under the lid for 15 minutes.
At the end of cooking, add a little vinegar to the vegetables.
Pack the salad in sterile jars, then immediately seal with sterile lids and put upside down, cover with a blanket and leave for one day alone. That's all, after a day, remove the salad in the pantry or cellar.
