Salad "Tatar song" from zucchini - vegetable preparation for the winter with apples. Thanks to the recipe with step by step photos, you can easily prepare a delicious snack.
It is better to harvest vegetables in the fall, when they ripen in the open ground, such vegetable preparations are very tasty.
Add chili peppers with caution, be sure to taste it so you don’t cook too hot a meal.

Ingredients:
- zucchini - 2 kg;
- bell pepper - 150 g;
- apple - 200 g;
- onions - 120 g;
- carrots - 150 g;
- garlic - 3 teeth .;
- chili pepper - 1 pc.;
- tomato puree - 85 g;
- ground paprika - 5 g;
- granulated sugar - 180 g;
- apple cider vinegar - 75 ml;
- sunflower oil - 210 ml;
- salt - 50 g.
How to cook a Tatar song vegetable salad
We clean the zucchini from the peel and seeds, cut the pulp arbitrarily - into cubes, stripes or thin slices.
In turn, we send chopped vegetables into the blender bowl. First we put onions.
Sweet peppers are cleaned from seeds, washed, cut, sent to the onion.
Carefully wash the carrots, scrape, cut into cubes, throw in a blender.
Peel the apples, cut the core, cut into slices, add to the rest of the ingredients.
Garlic cloves crush with a knife, peel. Chilli cut into rings with seeds.
Add chili and garlic to the blender, grind the ingredients until smooth.
Pour in the pan sunflower oil, spread the vegetable puree, pour table salt and granulated sugar.
Next, add tomato puree or tomato paste, pour ground sweet paprika.
Put the sliced zucchini in the pan, mix, simmer over moderate heat for about 1 hour.
After an hour, pour in apple cider vinegar, cook another 20-30 minutes.
Banks for the preparation of my salad, dry in the oven. We pack the salad in jars, wrap it with a warm blanket for 10-12 hours or sterilize jars with a capacity of 500 g for 12 minutes.
