“Delta Diver Red” belongs to the Gnome Tomato series, launched in the USA, the author is Blaine Horton, the original name is Delta Diver red. The variety, unfortunately rare, it is quite difficult to find on sale. The ripening period is mid-season, the bushes are semi-determinant in height of approximately 120 centimeters. The stalk is quite powerful, the leaves are wide, green in color.
Fruits are flat-round in shape, some slightly corrugated near the stem, the mass can range from 80 to 300 grams. Tomatoes have a very beautiful raspberry red color with green stripes. When cut, the flesh is multi-chamber, green with red spots and stripes. The peel is dense, watermelon pulp, sweet with fruity notes.
Tomatoes are suitable for fresh consumption and for making juices and sauces. The yield is excellent. The variety is resistant to many common diseases.
