There are many ways to disguise it so that it will not be felt at all in the finished drink. One of the most delicious options is to prepare pumpkin juice with orange and lemon for the winter. Orange neutralizes not only the taste, but also the smell of pumpkins, and lemon adds a touch of sourness and ensures better preservation of the drink. If these additives do not seem enough, put a cinnamon stick in an almost ready juice and boil for a few minutes. The juice will be very tasty, bright, with a pleasant citrus-cinnamon aroma. You can make it thick almost like mashed potatoes or dilute with water to the desired density, as in this step-by-step recipe with a photo.

Ingredients:

  • peeled pumpkin and seeds - 800 g;
  • orange - 0.5 pcs;
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp. l;
  • sugar - 150 gr;
  • water - 1.5 liters;
  • cinnamon - 1 stick.

How to prepare pumpkin juice with orange for the winter

Cut the crust from the pumpkin, remove the fibrous center along with the seeds. Cut the flesh into plates or small pieces. Cut the orange in half, then cut into slices, cut the peel and white part of the zest.

We shift the pumpkin into the pan. Add the flesh of the orange, cut into small pieces. Pour a glass of water (take water from the total amount specified in the recipe).
