Soup dressing for the winter without cooking is a universal recipe, you can cook such a vegetable assortment in a matter of minutes. Here you do not need to sterilize or cook, and the set of ingredients is simple and affordable for everyone. The absence of table vinegar in the composition makes the workpiece completely safe and very useful. Now in your diet there will always be fresh vegetables, despite the cold winter outside the window.

The output of the finished gas station = one and a half liters.

Ingredients for Refueling:

  • tomatoes - 0.5 kg;
  • sweet pepper - 0.5 kg;
  • carrots - 0.5 kg;
  • parsley - 150 g;
  • dill greens - to taste;
  • salt - 400 g.

We wash all the vegetables and cut: tomatoes into medium-sized slices.

Grind dill and parsley.

Chopped greens

We mix all the prepared ingredients in one bowl and fill with table salt. Salt needs as much as 0.4 kg, because it will serve as a preservative for this workpiece.

Vegetable mix

We leave for half an hour so that the fruits absorb the salt, let the liquid in and slightly decrease in volume. After a while, we lay out the vegetable dressing in washed and dried jars. We do this very tightly to displace as much air as possible.

We close kapron covers or metal, with a thread.

Refill can

We keep refueling only in the refrigerator, but not more than one year. Vegetables must be placed in the dish a few minutes before being cooked. This is a universal workpiece that will fit absolutely any dish. Optionally, you can modify the recipe, adjusting to your tastes. For example, you can not put dill greens or add a little white cabbage. But it is worth remembering that the workpiece is already quite salty!
