The first question that may arise is: “which apples are better to take for the preparation of vinegar?”. Do not take beautiful, large apples. From them you can cook something else. And for vinegar, you can use any fruit, even with defects and damage. The main thing is to trim all the flaws. We cut each apple into several slices, the middle can not be cut.

In a jar, with a volume of three liters, pour 1000 ml of water, at room temperature. Here we put 20 g of pressed yeast, 100 g of sugar. Mix.
