Greens in oil for the winter
You should think about the reserves of greenery in the season, while it has a particularly bright taste and aroma.
An interesting way to harvest it for the winter is in oil.A recipe with step-by-step photos will tell you how to make such a workpiece, and you can use it both for cooking first courses, and various salads or snacks. In this way, you can harvest as one type of greenery, or combine several types together.
A minimum of components is required for preparation and all of them are available; the process of its preparation is also quite simple.
It is better to store such greens in small jars, for example, from under baby food.
Ingredients:
- greens (any) - 50 g.,
- olive oil - 6 tbsp. l.,
- vinegar (apple) - 3 tsp.,
- salt - 1 tsp.,
- ground black pepper - to taste.
How to prepare greens in oil
We take any fresh greens, wash it under cold water, dry it, remove hard twigs, leaving only one leaf.
Slightly chopped with a knife.
Next, mix the prepared greens with salt, ground pepper, vinegar and olive oil.
Grind the ingredients with a blender until smooth.
In clean (preferably small) jars we send chopped greens. Pour olive oil on top until the greens are completely covered.
We close the cans tightly with pre-prepared lids and put the workpiece in storage in the refrigerator. Greens in oil are stored for a long time and cost the hostess very inexpensively.
