This delicious salad with the beautiful name “Norwegian Romance” is sure to be your favorite! It combines the sweetness of carrots, the freshness of cucumbers and crisp onions. The nuances of cooking:
- Salt the salad just before serving! It is important that cucumbers do not let the juice.
- If you do not have a lemon on hand, you can replace it with vinegar, preferably wine or rice.
- Pink salmon can be replaced by mackerel. The taste of the salad will then change, but it will still be delicious.

Finely chop the onion, pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice.
