Borsch with cabbage for the winter in banks
This is a simple recipe for borsch for the winter, which can be closed in jars. Harvesting with cabbage is great easy! Using it to cook a good, rich soup in a matter of minutes is quite realistic. Probably every housewife dreams of this. It is enough to boil the broth, peel and chop the potatoes, fill in a portion of the borsch dressing and enjoy the aromatic and tasty first course. Such a dressing can even be put in vegetable stew. Preparing the workpiece very quickly, without unnecessary trouble.
Ingredients:
- white cabbage - 500 g;
- tomatoes - 5 pcs.;
- beets - 2 pcs.;
- carrot - 2 pcs.;
- onions - 2 pcs.;
- bell pepper - 2 pcs.;
- sugar - 3 tbsp. l .;
- table salt - 1.5 tbsp. l .;
- vegetable oil - 70 ml;
- water - 100 ml;
- vinegar - 2 tbsp. l
How to cook borsch for the winter with cabbage
We choose mature, but dense vegetables, without obvious defects. We wash them and clean them. We cut white cabbage into thin slices.
Tomatoes are cut into several parts and interrupted in a blender / meat grinder / food processor. You can also use ready-made homemade tomato juice.
Bell peppers are cut into small slices. Chop onions into quarters.
Three carrots and beets on a coarse grater.
If you want, you can simply cut them into your usual straws, but in this case, the preparation will take a little longer.
We mix all the prepared ingredients in one saucepan and begin to simmer for about a third of an hour.
Then pour 70 ml of vegetable oil, 1.5 tbsp. l salt, 3 tbsp. l Sahara. Boil the dressing for another 20 minutes, and then add a portion of table vinegar. Mix, simmer for a couple of minutes and remove from the stove.
Pour hot borsch dressing into sterilized jars and cork with steamed lids.
We store the workpiece in a cool and dark place.
