Sweet cherry "Fatezh" was bred in the walls of the All-Russian selection and technological institute of gardening and nursery A.I. Evstratova. A unique variety was obtained by sowing seeds from free pollination of the Leningradskaya yellow variety. The variety appeared in the official register in 2001, so it can be attributed to relatively new types of cherries.
The sweet cherry tree of the described variety grows small - from 3 to 5 meters, while it has a medium-thick spherical crown, which looks beautiful on the site.
