Zucchini like mushrooms - recipe bomb
From the zucchini you can prepare a lot of everything tasty and interesting for the winter. They are always rich in crops and cost little money. But they always taste different depending on the remaining ingredients of the dish. This is a simple recipe for tasty canned zucchini, like mushrooms - a winter recipe “You'll lick your fingers”. Even despite the fact that this type of snack needs to be sterilized, it is quite easy to cook it, there would be a desire. And you always want to please your household or dear guests.
The yield of the finished snack = four jars of 0.9 l.
Ingredients for zucchini:
- zucchini fruits - 3 kg;
- carrot - 1 pc.;
- greens - 1 bunch;
- garlic - 1 head;
- kitchen salt - 2 tbsp. l .;
- sand sand - 150 g;
- vegetable oil - 1.5 cups;
- vinegar - 200 ml;
- black pepper (ground) - 1 tsp.
Cooking zucchini like mushrooms
The fruits of the zucchini are washed and cut into medium bars. For this preparation, it is better to choose young zucchini, with thin skin. It does not need to be removed, we cut only the tails and stalks.
Peel the carrots and cut into medium-sized cubes. In preparing this snack, the main thing is not to cut the vegetables too finely.
Grind the greens. Mix all chopped ingredients in one bowl.
There we add crushed garlic, two tablespoons of table salt, 150 g of sugar, ground pepper, one and a half glasses of sunflower oil and 200 ml of table vinegar.
Mix the appetizer thoroughly and forget about it for three hours, so that the vegetables are sufficiently saturated with spices and give a liquid.
After that, distribute the vegetables with juice in jars.
We sterilize in a saucepan, with a covered bottom for 20 minutes and roll up the lids.
