Delicious zucchini with sweet pepper for the winter
Vegetable marrows with bell pepper, excellent preparation for the winter. A light recipe for a delicious snack is suitable even for beginner housewives. Its huge advantage is that such vegetables do not need to be further sterilized.
The workpiece is crispy, and everyone will like the combination of zucchini and bell peppers. It is very tasty to eat as an independent snack, as well as with meat, fish, cereals and pasta.
The output of the assorted pepper and zucchini is 1 liter.
Ingredients:
- young fruits of zucchini - 1000 g,
- Bulgarian pepper - 300 g,
- water - 0.5 l
- salt - 25 g
- sugar - 1 tbsp. l.,
- vinegar - 60 ml
- parsley - 5-6 branches / jar,
- allspice peas - 3 pcs / can,
- black peppercorns - 3-4 pcs / can,
- bay leaf - 1 pc / can,
- garlic - 2 tooth / can.
How to cook delicious zucchini with bell pepper
First of all, we prepare the container: I carefully wash the jars using baking soda. It is well washed containers and does not contain harmful detergents. Then sterilize with steam / boiling water / in the microwave. We lower the lids in boiling water for a few minutes. In dry clean jars, spread the herbs, spices and garlic.
We wash the sweet pepper, remove the seeds. Then cut into strips. We put a little chopped pepper in a container, and leave the rest.
We wash and zucchini the slices, and fill them with jars. Put pepper on top, which remains.
Boil water and pour vegetables.
After 10-15 minutes, pour the water back into the pan, boil, add sugar, salt and vinegar.
Pour the finished marinade into jars. We roll up the covers and in an inverted position leave to cool, covering with a blanket.
We store finished products in the basement or pantry. Before serving, it is recommended to refrigerate.
