Cabbage "Provence" for the winter
Provencal pickled cabbage for the winter is the main treat in many families, which is served with many main dishes during the cold season.

But without which not one recipe for this delicacy can do, it is from garlic.Today we will prepare vegetables for the winter in a jar according to a special Provence recipe that will nourish our body with healthy vitamins. Of the above ingredients, approximately two 800 gram jars of delicious and nutritious salad come out.
Ingredients:
- cabbage - 1 pc.;
- carrots - 1 pc.;
- sunflower oil - 3 tbsp;
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 - 2 pcs.;
- salt and sugar - 1.5 tbsp;
- vinegar - 2 tbsp;
- water - 150 ml .;
- garlic - 1 head.
How to cook Provence cabbage for the winter
All vegetables that are indicated in the recipe, namely: white cabbage, carrots, bell peppers and garlic are finely chopped, chopped with a thin straw.
We put the vegetables in the gastronome containers, a deep volumetric bowl or basin is ideal.
Squeeze the garlic.
Next, mix the vegetables together with the addition of salt and sugar.
It is important to thoroughly mash the ingredients during the mixing process, so they will quickly let us in the moisture we need, juice.
Next, you need to cook the marinade, for this you need to boil water, then cool, bringing to room temperature, then pour oil and vinegar into it.
Pour with our mixture, marinade, our pre-prepared (processed) finely chopped vegetables.
After we give the vegetables, together with the marinade, insist a little, then put them in clean, sterilized jars and tightly close the lids.
Provencal pickled cabbage is stored in the refrigerator.
