Ingredients:

  • cucumber - 3 kg;
  • tomato - 1.5 kg;
  • Bulgarian pepper - 1 kg;
  • sugar -150 g;
  • salt - 60 g;
  • vinegar 9% - 150 ml;
  • sunflower oil - 200 ml.

How to cook lecho from cucumbers

I carefully wash the small cucumbers, cut the ends, cut the fruits together with the peel into slices 3 mm thick. Large, overripe cucumbers are also suitable for the recipe, but they will have to be peeled and peeled, and the flesh cut into small cubes.
