Polish cucumbers for the winter is the most delicious recipe for pickling pickled cucumbers. They turn out sharp and crunchy, pickled filling is sweet and sour, fragrant. In addition to cucumbers, this recipe from vegetables has fresh carrots, garlic and small onions, preferably shallots. I advise you to use cans with a capacity of up to 1 liter for harvesting, and choose small vegetables, this is a very convenient format - easy to cook, convenient to store.

Pickled cucumbers prepared according to this recipe can be stored in an ordinary city apartment. Cooking takes 35 minutes. The ingredients are indicated per 1 can of 750 ml.

Ingredients for Cucumbers:

  • small prickly cucumbers (how much will fit in the jar);
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • shallots - 2 pcs.;
  • garlic - 3 teeth .;
  • dill umbrella;
  • horseradish leaf.

Marinade:

  • sugar - 7 tsp;
  • coarse salt - 4 tsp;
  • apple vinegar - 2 tbsp;
  • chili pepper - 4 pcs.;
  • allspice, fennel, caraway seeds, bay leaf;
  • water.

The method of cooking cucumbers in Polish

Soak cucumbers in advance in cold water so that they get stronger and during the cooking process no voids form inside.

We scrape fresh carrots, cut into slices about a centimeter thick. We cut the onions into four parts, cut the garlic cloves into thick slices.
