Try to prepare delicious Polish tomatoes for the winter according to our recipe without sterilization. In the early autumn season, the housewives try to close as much of the preservation as possible for the winter, so that later there is something to put on the table, and there was just something to eat when you want.

The recipe is simple and not troublesome. The good thing is that in this salad you can add tomatoes that are a little mashed, ripened or not suitable in shape or size for other preserves. Opening this salad in the winter, you can put it in a separate bowl and put it on the table like a regular salad, you can offer it as an appetizer, or as a side dish for meat. Such a salad will be a great addition to mashed potatoes or fried potatoes, rice, buckwheat and any other side dishes.

Ingredients (calculated per 1 liter.):

  • tomatoes - 600-700 g.;
  • dill;
  • parsley;
  • peppercorns -4 -5 peas;
  • onions - 1 pc.;
  • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp;
  • water - 1 l .;
  • salt - 1 tbsp;
  • sugar - 3 tbsp. spoons .;
  • vinegar - 1.5 tbsp

How to cook tomatoes in Polish for the winter

Before you start, you need to prepare cans for preservation. To sterilize them, you can use the simplest way - to sterilize in the microwave. Pour water in the jar to the middle, put in the microwave for 10 minutes and that's it.

First, wash the vegetables well under running water, then cut the tomatoes into slices, cutting the tomato into 4-6 parts. Then the bulbs are cut in half rings, and we simply chop the greens.

Now in a separate saucepan boil water, add salt, sugar, vinegar to it.
