- salt - 2 tsp;
- vegetable oil - 60 ml;
- vinegar 9% - 1 tablespoon

Will prepare all the products. Peel vegetables - wash and dry carrots and onions. Grate carrots on a coarse grater, cut the onion into small cubes.
Wash and dry the zucchini. For salad, use young fruits, without a rough peel and seeds. Cut the zucchini into small cubes.
