The salad turns out to be very tasty, you just lick your fingers, it definitely deserves your attention. If you are a fan of hot cuts, you can add some hot chili peppers.

Ingredients:

  • tomatoes - 200 g;
  • boiled rice - 300 g;
  • sweet pepper - 2 pcs.;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • onions - 1 pc.;
  • zucchini - 250 g;
  • vegetable oil - 30 ml;
  • salt - 2 tsp;
  • sugar - 1 tbsp;
  • paprika - to taste;
  • vinegar 9% - 1 tbsp;
  • garlic - 1 clove.

How to make zucchini salad with rice

Prepare all the necessary ingredients on a list. Immediately take a deep pan with a thick bottom. Zucchini pick young, wash and dry them, cut into small cubes and put in a pan.

At the end of cooking, add the garlic skipped in the press to the salad, pour in the vinegar. Shuffle and turn off the fire.
