The most delicious salad of tomatoes and cucumbers for the winter
This is a good recipe for cucumber, tomato and sweet pepper salad, which is very easy to prepare. It is not only suitable for any dishes and side dishes, but also has the right to exist as a separate, full-fledged snack. Salad is prepared without a single drop of vinegar and very low-calorie. It can also be seasoned with sour cream or vegetable unrefined oil.
Salad Ingredients:
- tomatoes - 5 pcs.;
- cucumbers - 2 pcs.;
- sweet pepper - 1 pc.;
- salt to taste;
- dill greens - to taste;
- ground black pepper to taste.
Cooking Cucumber and Tomato Salad
We wash the ingredients. Bulgarian pepper is cleaned of seeds and tails, and then cut into thin strips.
From the cucumbers we cut the noses and cut the fruits into thin circles.
Cut the tomatoes into large slices, do not forget to remove the green core.
Finely chop the greens with a knife. Instead of dill, you can take parsley or any other herbs.
We combine vegetables in one dish, add table salt and ground pepper.
Thoroughly mix the salad and arrange in sterile jars.
It is best to use small containers. We fill the jars with salad very tightly. Juice, which is extracted from vegetables, is also poured into jars. Now we send the blanks to be sterilized. To do this, we cover the bottom of a suitable dish with a thick kitchen towel, put our blanks here and pour water into the dish to cover the jars before bending.
Then boil it all for half an hour on low heat. After the salad is sterilized, we roll the jars with lids. Our fragrant salad is ready. We remove the blanks in the basement when they completely cool in an inverted and wrapped form. Such a vegetable salad is stored for a long time in a cool pantry room in which direct sunlight does not fall.
