Mexico salad is one of the easiest snacks to prepare, for which you do not need to cook anything, not even eggs! You need to cut the ingredients, mix, season and immediately serve - quickly, tasty, bright and festive! It is not necessary to spend a lot of time preparing complex snacks - everything ingenious is simple.
It will take 10 minutes to cook. 3-4 portions are obtained from the ingredients indicated in the recipe with the photo.
Ingredients:
- doctor's sausage - 250 g;
- canned corn - 200 g;
- cheese - 110 g;
- apple - 1 \ 2 pcs.;
- sweet bell pepper - 1 pc.;
- cherry tomatoes - 10 pcs.;
- pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.;
- olive oil - 15 ml;
- mayonnaise - 100 g;
- dill, green onion, salt, pepper to taste;
- chili pepper for decoration.
How to make Mexico salad
Doctoral sausage cut into small cubes, put in a salad bowl. This salad can be prepared with any sausage, for example smoked, or with ham - each time a new taste will be obtained.
Discard the canned corn on a sieve, rinse with boiled water when the water drains, put the corn in a salad bowl to the chopped sausage.
We rub any hard cheese on a coarse grater, send the grated cheese to the sausage with corn.
We cut the half of the sweet and sour apple into thin strips, put the sliced apple in a salad bowl. By the way, so that the apple does not darken in the air, you can sprinkle it with lemon juice.
Sweet bell peppers are cleaned from seeds, cut into small cubes, add chopped pepper to the rest of the ingredients.
Cut pickles into cubes. Instead of pickles, you can take pickled cucumbers.
Season the salad with herbs - add finely chopped dill or green onions.
Pour with high-quality olive oil of the first cold extraction and mix the ingredients thoroughly, put on a dish or in a deep plate.
Cherry tomatoes are cut in half, put on top. It is not advisable to mix tomatoes with the rest of the ingredients, they will secrete juice and the dish will be wet.
In the center of the salad we put mayonnaise, sprinkle with ground red pepper, decorate with chili rings.
