Beetroot salad with prunes, walnuts and cheese is a very tasty, bright and simple salad. It is perfect for beet lovers. In addition to this vegetable, it includes peeled walnuts, cheese and prunes. This combination gives the finished dish not only a piquant taste, but also nutritiousness, satiety.
To prepare such a salad, you will need the simplest ingredients and very little time. The dish will turn out to be more useful if you season it with sour cream or natural yogurt. Ingredients:
- beets - 1 pc.;
- walnuts - 100 g;
- hard cheese - 100 g;
- prunes - 100 g;
- garlic - 1 clove;
- mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l .;

How to make beetroot salad with prunes, cheese and nuts
We will prepare all the necessary ingredients. Pre-boil the beets and let it cool completely. Peel the vegetable and rub on a medium grater.
We clear the walnuts from the shell, chop them with a knife and add to the beets.
We take hard cheese, cut it into small cubes and add to the beets with nuts.
Rinse the prunes well, cut and add to the rest of the ingredients.
Add mayonnaise, garlic and a little salt.
All ingredients are mixed well.
