How to plant

Verbena seedlings

For seedlings: pour soil into the drawers, spill with water, just sprinkle the seeds on top, a little dug out and river sand on them. And cover with a film, put in heat. In about three weeks all seeds will sprout. As 3-4 leaves appear - to dive, do not water the ground, but only spray from the spray gun. In warm weather, take out a little for hardening.

Immediately into the ground: in the south this process is natural, no need to mess with seedlings. As it got warmer, by the middle of May they had prepared a bed in a sunny place, spilled it, pierced the holes and put the seeds, sprinkled them with earth. You can cover while sprouting. If you plant in groups - weeds will not grow, if one bush each - mulch, in the heat and during flowering, strengthen the watering.

In spring to get, cut the cuttings and plant in peat with sand - so you can propagate verbena cuttings, it is very convenient. Hide them too, let them take root. Periodically take out to temper, and by mid-May you can already transfer to the ground.

When you transfer plants, pinch the tops so that the bush does not stretch, but grow.
Add organic fertilizing once, then you can add ash or nitrophoska and then enough - rejoice at the beautiful flowering of verbena in your garden!
