The most delicious cucumber salad "Lick your fingers" for the winter
On a cold winter evening it is always pleasant to look into the pantry room, get a jar of cucumber salad and enjoy home preservation. Having prepared it for the winter according to my recipe with a photo, you will get a delicious blank that you just lick your fingers.
The cucumber salad is very crispy and spicy, and the remaining vegetables that are part of it complement it. An interesting feature of this preform is that it does not need to put granulated sugar in it, which makes it almost invulnerable, and it can last quite a long time.
From this amount of ingredients, 3 half liter jars are obtained.
Ingredients:
- cucumbers - 5-6 pcs.,
- onion - 1 pc.,
- carrot - 3 pcs.,
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.,
- hot pepper - 0.5 pcs.,
- garlic - 6 cloves,
- dried bay leaf - 4 pcs.,
- black peppercorns - 10 pcs.,
- kitchen salt - 2 tbsp. l.,
- table vinegar - 2 tsp.
How to cook a salad of cucumbers "Lick your fingers"
We take cucumbers mature and large. If the peel is too thick, it is best to peel it. Then cut the cucumbers into circles. Remove the seeds and tails from the bell pepper, cut into large strips. Peel the carrots and three on a grater.
We clean the hot pepper from the waste and cut into small pieces. Remove the husk from the garlic and cut into several parts. We clean the onion and cut into half rings.
In pre-sterilized jars, we arrange the vegetables in turn. At the very bottom we put a layer of grated carrots, onions, sweet pepper and cucumbers. Next, put the garlic, spices and hot chili.
Then we repeat the same thing until the whole jar is completely filled. We try to put vegetables as tightly as possible.
Put salt on the top and pour table vinegar.
Pour water into a pot and bring to a boil. Pour our vegetables with boiling water. Now roll up the lids and shake it slightly so that the salt is evenly distributed.
Before serving such a vegetable salad on the table, it is recommended to season it with sunflower oil.

If the vegetables are distributed in jars, then salt and vinegar are also distributed. 3x0.5l. 2 tbsp salt divided by 3. 1 tbsp. salt = 25g. 1 tsp. = 5g.
