Champignon, for sure, is familiar to everyone without exception. This is an excellent delicacy that can be consumed with bread, or simply with spices - salt, red and black pepper, etc.

Raw champignon has a sweetish flavor, and a tangible aroma that is difficult to describe in words. Thanks to these qualities, it gives piquancy and, at the same time, sophistication to the dishes for the preparation of which it is used.

Truffle

Truffle - a truly unusual and unique mushroom. However, not everyone can afford such an expensive pleasure. In appearance, it remotely resembles a potato tuber, only the shape of the truffle is not so perfectly smooth.

Chanterelles

For its preparation, it is necessary to chop 200 g of Chinese cabbage and chop the same amount of mushrooms. Crush a head of white, 2 stalks of green onions and 2 garlic cloves. Add chopped parsley. Mix all the ingredients, then season with sauce made from:

  • 45 ml of soy sauce;
  • 30 ml of olive oil;
  • 400 ml of lemon juice.

Add spices to taste - and the dish is ready.

This dish turns out to be very beautiful, and, most importantly, delicious. Moreover, it is easy to cook, because it consists of only a few ingredients.

200 g of champignons cut into layers, slices or large cubes. 2 medium-sized tomatoes cut into layers. Finely chop a half bunch of greens of fresh parsley. Mix all the ingredients on a plate, as shown in the photo. Sprinkle the finished dish on top with sesame seeds, and you can serve it on the table.

    I certainly didn’t recommend anyone to eat raw chanterelles. They must be thoroughly thermally processed. I know cases of mild poisoning (diarrhea, vomiting) after eating unfinished chanterelles. But the main mushroom from this category - the motley Umbrella did not get here, although its edibility in raw form is known. If I find umbrellas, be sure to eat one with bread and salt (in the form of a sandwich). Yummy!
