Boar salad with liver for the New Year 2019

Ingredients:

  • pork liver - 350 g;
  • pickled cucumber - 3-4 pcs.;
  • eggs - 4 pcs.;
  • onion - 1-2 pcs.;
  • carrot - 1-2 pcs.;
  • mayonnaise - 150 g;
  • apple - 1 pc.

How to make boar salad

We rinse the liver in cool water, cut off films and excess fat, if necessary. Then we set the liver to boil in salt water until it is cooked.

Cook the eggs in a separate container, then cool them in cold water and peel them.

Grind the onion and carrots.
