When someone makes a profit from the sale of their products, he is an entrepreneur. He carries out entrepreneurial activities without official permission. The penalty for this is from 500 to 2000 rubles - at the first fixing of the misconduct.
Laws cannot be joked. If you want to engage in sales, you must follow all the established rules. Amounts of taxes are small. In addition, under certain circumstances, the tax can be withdrawn altogether or accrued with a minimum amount.
Who is exempt from taxes
Some sellers are exempt from tax. This category includes landowners and their tenants. The size of the site should not be higher than the standards established in Federal Law No. 112, clause 5, article 4. Also, a citizen should not have a single employee.
The following products are allowed for sale:

- vegetables;
- preservation;
- pickles;
- pets;
- a bird;
- meat (raw or processed).
All products must comply with sanitary standards. To stop paying taxes, a person must provide the tax inspectorate with all the documents for the summer cottage, indicating its area. A certificate must be submitted from local self-government bodies. The certificate serves as a confirmation that the person grew the products in his area, and not in another place. A citizen should obtain an official certificate of entrepreneurial activity and provide a certificate from the PF. If the tax inspector needs a certificate from OKPO, it also needs to be done without fail. You will need a medical book.
How to apply for a trade permit
A trade permit may be issued by the local management organization. The certificate will spell out everything: the name of the entrepreneur, the place where he is allowed to work and the name of the product. If other family members are involved in sales, this is reflected in the documentation. For trade, several areas are allocated. You can’t go anywhere with your own tray.
