This recipe with a photo will tell you how to bake simple, delicate and very delicious homemade cookies from the most banal products that can always be found in a summer kitchen cabinet. A little sour cream and vegetable oil, sugar, flour, an egg and a cast-iron skillet are all that is needed to prepare this dish.

Ingredients:
- sour cream - 65 g;
- egg - 1 pc.;
- vegetable oil - 45 g;
- granulated sugar - 85 g;
- wheat flour - 250-270 g;
- baking powder - 1 teaspoon (or 1 \ 2 teaspoon of baking soda);
- a pinch of salt;
- icing sugar and ground cinnamon optionally.
How to make quick cookies without an oven
Put fresh sour cream in a bowl. If the sour cream is acidified, then along with the baking powder of the dough, you will need to add baking soda at the tip of the knife, otherwise the cookies will turn out with “sourness”.
Break a large egg into a bowl.
Add flavourless refined vegetable oil.
Pour sugar, a pinch of salt. Mix the foods thoroughly with a whisk until sugar crystals dissolve.
Pour wheat flour and baking powder (soda) into small bowl in small parts, knead the dough.
The exact amount of flour is difficult to determine, so I advise you to focus on the consistency of the dough - it should easily gather in a bowl.
We pluck small pieces from the dough, roll them into balls, put them on a board sprinkled with flour.
Flatten the balls with a spatula.
We make a cookie pattern with any flat textured object. I took a hammer for meat, on the one hand he had something like a flower.
We put a cast-iron frying pan on the stove, heat it, spread the cookies. We fry without oil on the smallest fire until golden on each side.
Remove the finished cookies from the pan, sprinkle with powdered sugar and ground cinnamon. Serve for tea.
