The “Metelka” salad consists mainly of vegetables with a high fiber content: white cabbage, carrots, beets. Coarse fiber fibers are great for losing weight and cleansing the intestines, they sweep away all harmful substances from the walls, toxins, the remnants of poorly digested food, remove toxins from the body. Regular “cleansing” helps to get rid of discomfort in the gastrointestinal tract, eaten food is easily digested, improves metabolism and overall well-being. Since the calorie content of the salad is small, it is recommended to include it in the menu for those who want to throw a couple of kilograms without a diet in just 2 days.

In order not to bother with a uniform food, you can prepare a healthy salad in different versions and eat throughout the day. In addition to cabbage, carrots and beets, you can add raw pumpkin, spinach, grapefruit, nuts, pomegranate seeds. As a dressing, it is better to use lemon juice, a small amount of olive oil, pomegranate juice, apple cider vinegar. However, do not forget that raw beets on an empty stomach can not be eaten. Therefore, for breakfast it is recommended to eat a little porridge (buckwheat, oatmeal) or low-fat cottage cheese, a piece of boiled chicken, and in other meals eat a salad in small portions and drink plenty of water all day.

Ingredients:

  • raw beets - 100 g;
  • white cabbage - 150 g;
  • carrots - 100 g;
  • spinach leaves - half a bunch;
  • salt to taste;
  • ground black pepper - 1-2 pinches (optional);
  • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l;
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp. l (taste).

How to cook a panicle salad

From a head of cabbage we cut a small piece. Shred with a thin straw. If the cabbage is not very juicy or with coarse harsh leaves, add a little salt and rub it with your hands.

Add carrots to the cabbage, grated on a large or small grater.

We clean the beets, rinse, three on a fine grater. Before adding to the salad, we try to taste - sometimes the beets are bitter, it is better to refuse such vegetables, the salad will turn out to be tasteless. In this case, you can replace it with pumpkin or do only carrots and cabbage.

Wash the spinach leaves under running water, dry. Cut into strips, add to vegetables.

We shift the vegetables into a large bowl, season with ground pepper, add salt to taste. Mix with two forks or spoons.

Add lemon juice - it will give the salad a pleasant acidity and help to digest food faster.
