Appetizing instant soup - only 25 minutes
Hot fresh soup is a favorite dish in many families. But often the housewives cook it on meat broth, which takes a lot of time.We suggest you cook an appetizing instant soup, which takes only 25 minutes to cook. Instead of meat, take milk sausages that everyone loves. Also for this recipe you will need potatoes, vermicelli and canned green peas. From onions and carrots we make a vegetable overcooking.

Ingredients for 1.8 L of Water:
- medium-sized potatoes - 2 pcs.;
- dairy sausages - 180-200 g;
- onions - 1 pc.;
- carrot - 1 pc.;
- vegetable oil - 2 tables. l .;
- thin vermicelli - 2-3 tables. l .;
- canned green peas - 2-3 tables. l .;
- fresh herbs - to taste;
- salt, pepper - to taste.
How to make soup in 25 minutes
Peel potatoes and cut into cubes. Pour into a pot of water and cook on medium heat. When the potatoes boil, make a small fire, cover the pan a little with a lid and cook for 10-15 minutes until soft. Diced potatoes are cooked very quickly. Salt the soup a little.
While boiling potatoes, chop vegetables: take onions and carrots, peel and rinse with water. Chop the onion into small cubes, and it is better to rub the carrot.
Fry onion with carrot in oil until transparent, add sausages, sliced into rings. Milk sausages are good for soup, but you can also use slightly smoked ones. Fry vegetables with sausages for a couple of minutes and immediately turn off the heat.
Pour overcooked vegetables with sausages into the soup, bring to a boil.
Add vermicelli immediately. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
Drain the marinade from the peas and add the beans to the soup. Bring to a boil again, taste if you can pepper a little.
Bring the soup to full readiness, mix and pour finely chopped greens. Dill in this case is ideal.
