Barbecue in a jar - tastier than on the grill

The winter version of cooking barbecue in the oven according to this step-by-step recipe with a photo for those who do not imagine a feast without juicy, ruddy meat. Shish kebab in a jar turns out to be just as tender and soft, with a fried golden crust, like cooked on the grill or grill. The difference is that there is no peculiar “shish kebab” aroma, although this is easy to fix if liquid smoke is added to the meat. But even without it it will be very tasty, so it’s not at all necessary to add artificial flavors to natural products.

Choose meat for barbecue to your taste, but do not forget that completely lean pork can turn out to be a little dry. If you do not like fatty meat, then string slices of fat or bacon onto skewers between pieces of meat.

Ingredients:

  • pork with fat - 600-700 gr;
  • onions - 2 small heads;
  • salt to taste;
  • mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l;
  • soy sauce - 1 tbsp. l;
  • ground black pepper - 1 tsp;
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp;
  • paprika - 1 tsp.

How to cook kebab in a jar

We cut the pork into pieces a little smaller than for ordinary kebabs. Add lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt and ground black pepper.
