Many will think that only beetroot salad is made from beets. But today we diversify the menu, we offer you a simple and tasty beet salad for every day.

It is prepared from boiled beets, sauerkraut, onions and carrots. Some may mistakenly think that this is a vinaigrette, but in our salad there are no potatoes or cucumbers. So, if you do not eat such ingredients, you will like this dish.

  • carrot - 1 pc.;
  • sauerkraut - 200 grams;

How to make beetroot salad for every day

Rinse beets and carrots from dirt, dust, put in a pan and pour cold water. Cook the carrots for 20-25 minutes and remove. And the beets are still cooked - on average, such a root crop is cooked for 40-45 minutes. Cut boiled beets into medium-sized cubes.

Put the prepared beets in a baking bag, as fully as possible, to the very eyeballs, on the entire baking sheet, the excess will never be and should not be baked every day. I bake for 40-45 minutes at 180-200 degrees, and if the cylinder - 30 minutes is enough.
