How to cook stuffed cabbage with minced meat and rice
If you have a whole piece of meat, then be sure to twist it through a meat grinder. A blender is also suitable for this purpose.
Boil the rice for 15 minutes. It should be slightly cooked. Put boiled rice in a colander and rinse it with water. Transfer the washed rice to the minced meat. Add salt and, if you like, ground pepper.

Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan (pour a little less than half). Put a head of cabbage in the water. Cook it in literally 1-2 minutes. Then carefully remove the vegetable from the water, put it on the table and remove the upper soft leaves, being careful not to tear them.
Put minced meat with rice on one edge of the cabbage leaf. Fold the cabbage leaf first in the center, then fold up the edges, and then roll it into a roll. So do the rest of the sheets.
Now fry the resulting cabbage rolls in a pan, pouring a few tablespoons of vegetable oil into it. Then transfer the cabbage rolls to the pan.
