Original hot potato sandwiches
This is a step-by-step recipe with a photo of an excellent, and most importantly, quick breakfast, from a minimum of products. You can cook hot sandwiches with potatoes in a matter of minutes, when there is really not enough precious time to stand at the stove and cook more complex dishes.
This appetizer is perfect for picnics in nature or snacks between main meals. The appetizer is hearty and very tasty. Everyone who eats at least one such sandwich will be delighted.
Ingredients:
- loaf - ½ pcs.;
- onion - 1 pc.;
- potato - 1 pc.;
- chicken egg - 1 pc.;
- hard cheese - 200 g;
- mayonnaise - 2 tbsp;
- vegetable oil - 4 tbsp;
- dill greens - ½ bunch;
- table salt - 0.3 tsp
How to make hot potato sandwiches
Cut the loaf into slices. The thickness should be approximately the same, approximately 10 mm. We wash one potato in water, peel it and grind it on a coarse grater.
Grind 200 grams of hard cheese on the same grater.
Peel the onion from the husk, finely chop with a knife. We wash the greens under running water and finely chop.
In one dish, mix grated potatoes, hard cheese, dill and onion. We drive one chicken egg here and add the necessary amount of mayonnaise.
Stuff the filling for sandwiches so that all the components are evenly spaced.
On the slices of the loaf generously impose the filling.
Heat the pan with sunflower oil. Fry the sandwiches in a pan, but toppings down.
When the filling is cooked enough and the cheese melts, turn the sandwiches on the other side and fry for a few more minutes for a golden brown crust.
Great, quick sandwiches with potatoes and cheese ready to eat. The tastiest thing is they are hot, but cold also is pretty good, especially with aromatic tea or coffee.
