Stewed cabbage with mushrooms
Let's prepare a simple and very tasty dish - stewed cabbage with mushrooms. Its recipe is available to everyone, and step-by-step photos will show in detail the cooking process.
We use cabbage, carrots and onions as a basis, mushrooms, you can add both champignons and other species - oyster mushrooms, forest. If you like the bright and rich taste of mushroom dishes, you can add mushroom seasoning. In addition to mushrooms, you can add to potatoes, green beans, a little sweet pepper.
Serve stewed cabbage with mushrooms to the table in addition to a slice of bread, pickled cucumbers or any side dishes of your choice.
Ingredients:
- cabbage - 250 g;
- carrots - 1 pc.;
- onions - 1 pc.;
- champignons - 200 g;
- salt, pepper - to taste;
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l .;
- garlic - 1 clove.
How to cook stewed cabbage with mushrooms
Prepare all products on a list. Choose a large onion, peel it and rinse, dry. Cut the onion into small cubes.
Peel and rinse the carrots, then grate on a medium grater. Carrots can be cut into cubes or cubes if desired.
Choose a dense cabbage, remove the upper leaves. Chop cabbage with straws, not very wide, you can use a special grater for cabbage.
In a pan, heat a few tablespoons of vegetable oil, shift the carrots, onions and cabbage. Fry vegetables for several minutes. Wash and dry the champignons, chop the mushrooms coarsely. Add the mushrooms in the pan to the cabbage. Use salt and pepper to taste. You can also add a clove of garlic.
Reduce the heat to a minimum, cover the pan with a lid and simmer the cabbage for about 25 minutes. At the end of cooking, take a sample and serve the finished dish to the table.
