Delicious Chicken Stew
A delicious dish for every day - stewed cabbage with chicken. The appetizer recipe is simple and quick, and most importantly, affordable. Cabbage cooked according to this recipe with a photo can be served with any side dish - potatoes, cereals or pasta - as you like.
Stewed chicken can be taken from any part of the chicken, but the best option would be the fillet, without bones and skin. We’ll also add carrots and onions to the dish, you can add a little tomato or ketchup if desired. You can stew cabbage in a pan or in a pan.
Ingredients:
- cabbage - 40 g;
- chicken fillet - 1 pc.;
- carrots - 1 pc.;
- onions - 1 pc.;
- salt, pepper - to taste;
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp;
- water - 80 ml.
How to Cook Chicken Stew
Prepare all products on a list. Chicken fillet choose medium size, rinse and dry. Cut the meat into small pieces.
Next, prepare a large head of onion, peel the onion and rinse, dry. Next chop the onion into small cubes.
Peel the carrots, rinse, dry. You can grate the carrots on a coarse grater or cut into cubes - as you like.
Choose a tight forks of cabbage, remove the upper leaves, rinse and dry the cabbage. Chop the cabbage into strips.
In a pan, heat a spoonful of vegetable oil, shift onions, carrots and chicken - fry for 6-8 minutes.
After adding cabbage, salt and pepper to the pan, pour a little water, cover the pan with a lid, simmer for 40 minutes over low heat. Serve the finished dish to the table.
