Oven baked cabbage

To prepare such a cabbage, you need a minimum of ingredients and very little time, and our recipe with photos will tell you step by step how to cook this dish. It turns out quite tasty and appetizing.
You can serve cabbage with fresh herbs or natural yogurt sauce with garlic and herbs.Ingredients:
- white cabbage - 1 pc.;
- olive oil - 2 tbsp. l .;
- sunflower oil - 1 tbsp. l .;
- garlic - head;
- salt, pepper - to taste.
How to cook baked cabbage in the oven
We will prepare all the necessary ingredients. We take the cabbage, remove the top leaves from it and cut it into 8 parts so that on each part of the cabbage a small part of the stalk is preserved.
For marinade, mix olive oil, garlic and spices.
We take a heat-resistant form or a baking sheet, grease it with a small amount of vegetable oil and spread the cabbage.
Lubricate the cabbage with marinade and send to a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Oven baked cabbage is ready. Sprinkle cabbage with fresh herbs and serve.
