- potatoes - 1 kg;
- minced meat - 500 g;
- onions - 1 pc.;
- chicken egg - 1 pc.;
- wheat flour - 3 tbsp. l .;
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l .;
- salt, pepper - to taste.
How to cook potato zrazy with minced meat
We will prepare all the necessary ingredients. I wash the potatoes well under running water, peel, cut into pieces and put on fire. Cook the potatoes until cooked.
My vegetables are under clear water. Peel the onion and finely chop it. Peel the carrots and three on a fine grater.
Spread the minced meat in a well-heated pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. Fry minced meat for 5-6 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add vegetables to the minced meat, mix well and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Spread the minced meat in a deep plate and let it cool completely.
Drain the water from the potato and let it cool slightly.
