Microwave potatoes in a bag - fast and tasty

This is a great recipe - in a matter of minutes you have a hearty and tasty side dish on your table. Perhaps this method of cooking delicious potatoes is the fastest - much faster than in the oven or on the stove. The potato is tender, juicy and very mouth-watering!Ingredients:
- 400 g of potatoes;
- 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 0.5 teaspoon of salt;
- 0.5 teaspoon seasoning for potatoes or other spices.
How to cook potatoes in the microwave in a bag
We wash the potatoes, peel them and rinse well. We cut each tuber in half, and then each half into 2-4 slices - it depends on your taste and the size of the potatoes. Dry the potatoes with a paper towel.
Add seasonings and spices to the potato to taste. Pour in vegetable oil. Stir so that the potatoes are evenly coated with oil, spices and seasonings.
We spread the potatoes in a plastic bag - the most common one that you use to store food.
We tie the bag to the knot, but not very tight so that you can then untie it.
A bag of potatoes is placed in a microwave and baked at maximum power for 5-8 minutes. The baking time depends on the capacity of the oven, the size of the pieces of potatoes. After baking is over, leave the potatoes in the microwave for another 3-4 minutes - during which time the potatoes “reach”.
Potato readiness can be checked with a wooden skewer.
This is an excellent side dish for both meat and fish dishes.
