Cupcake "Mazurka" with dried fruits and nuts - bright, rich taste
Cupcake "Mazurka" with dried fruits and nuts has a very bright and incredibly rich taste.
This is an easy-to-prepare, delicious biscuit cake that is almost completely filled with a mixture of candied fruits, nuts and dried fruits, like a Christmas cake. Unlike the Christmas cake, in this recipe everything is much simpler, but nonetheless, just as tasty!
It will take 50 minutes to prepare, from the ingredients indicated in the step-by-step recipe with a photo, you will get 6-8 servings.
Ingredients:
- a mixture of nuts, candied fruits, dried fruits - 400 g;
- chicken egg - 2 pcs.;
- granulated sugar - 6 tbsp. spoons;
- wheat flour - 6 tbsp. spoons;
- baking powder dough - 1 teaspoon;
- a pinch of salt, butter to lubricate the mold.
How to make a mazurka cupcake
Break two fresh chicken eggs into a deep bowl. If the eggs are small, then it is better to take three pieces instead of two.
Pour granulated sugar, add a pinch of fine salt to balance the sweet taste of the dough. Beat eggs with sugar until a thick and lush mass is obtained.
We measure out the right amount of wheat flour, add the baking powder of the dough. Sift the flour with baking powder through a sieve, then mix the flour into egg-sugar mixture in small portions, knead the dough with gentle, uniform movements.
Take a mixture of nuts, dried fruits and candied fruit. If necessary, cut smaller large ingredients of this mixture (large candied fruits, nuts or whole figs), add sweets to the bowl with the dough, mix gently.
Lubricate the form with butter, sprinkle with wheat flour, pour the dough.
We heat the oven to 185 degrees Celsius. We put the mold in a preheated oven, bake for 10 minutes at 185 degrees, then reduce the heating to 160 degrees.
We bake at 160 degrees for another half hour, take out the form from the oven, and bake from the form, cool on the wire rack.
Cut into portions, serve on the table with tea or coffee. You can sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar mixed with ground cinnamon or pour plain icing from powdered sugar and lemon juice. If this dessert is not intended for the children's menu, then soak it with cognac or rum, it will be delicious. Bon Appetit.
