- white cabbage - 200 grams;
- onion - 1 pc.;
- chicken egg - 1 pc.;
- wheat flour - 100 grams;
- vegetable oil - for frying;
- salt, pepper - to taste.
How to cook cabbage cutlets with minced meat
Rinse the chicken fillet, put it on napkins to remove excess moisture. Then cut into large cubes and fold into a blender bowl. If there is no blender, use a conventional manual meat grinder.
Peel and rinse onions. Cut it into large cubes and add to the meat in a blender. Grind onion with chicken to make minced meat. To speed up the process, you can buy ready-made chicken stuffing in the store, but cooked at home it is certainly tastier.
Cut white cabbage into cubes and blanch for 3-4 minutes. Drain and cool the cabbage.
Softened blanched cabbage add to minced meat and chop well in a blender.
Drive the chicken into the minced meat, add salt and pepper to taste. Stir and mold round patties.
Roll the patties in flour and put in a frying pan with heated oil.
Fry on both sides for 15-20 minutes. If the forcemeat is not chicken, but pork or pork and beef, then the time for frying should be doubled.
