Lazy kefir cabbage pie
Quick baking will help you out if guests unexpectedly arrive or in an unplanned dinner. The easiest jellied pie on kefir with filling from ordinary cabbage will be baked in 30 minutes, it takes no more than 20 minutes to prepare - it just does not happen faster.
For the pie you will need simple products that will always be found in the house. The dough does not require kneading and a long wait, so this version of the pie with cabbage can safely be called lazy.
Ingredients:
- cabbage - 250-300 grams;
- kefir - 1 cup;
- flour - 1 cup;
- sour cream - 1 - 2 tablespoons;
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- garlic - 1 clove;
- carrots - 0.5 pieces;
- eggs - 2 pieces;
- baking powder - 2 teaspoons;
- salt pepper.
How to bake a lazy kefir cabbage pie
Beat eggs with salt, add sour cream and mix the mixture.
Pour in warm kefir and one tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Add baking powder, mix.
Pour in flour and mix mass.
The dough should drain from the spatula with a wide ribbon.
Peel the carrots, grate.
Chop cabbage.
Put cabbage in a pan with heated oil and sauté for 5 minutes.
Add carrots and continue cooking for three minutes.
Peel the garlic and add to the cabbage. Add salt and pepper to the filling.
Grease a baking pan with oil and pour half of the dough.
Place the filling and smooth it on the surface.
Pour the remaining dough and send the cake to the oven 180 - 200 degrees.
Bake the product for 30 minutes until golden brown.
Put the pie on a plate for serving, cool a little.
Cut the product into portions. The cake has a porous structure of the dough and a balanced taste.
From drinks, tea or vegetable juice is suitable for a pie with cabbage. The cake is stale, so cook in small portions.
