Delicious cookies on cucumber pickle

Ingredients:
- pickle pickle - 200 ml;
- sunflower oil - 120 ml;
- sugar - 270 g;
- wheat flour - 500 g;
- baking soda - 1 tsp.
How to bake cucumber pickle cookies
Pour cucumber pickle and unflavored sunflower oil into one container.
Add sugar and a teaspoon of baking soda here. Stir thoroughly.
You can use a blender, or do it manually. Now add not too large portions of wheat flour.
And thoroughly alter with a spoon. When the dough thickens, becomes steep, then we begin to knead with our hands.
Before this, sprinkle flour on the table so that the dough does not stick. If you need more flour, then add it in the process of kneading. Now roll the dough into a large layer.Its thickness should be about half a centimeter. If it is rolled thinner, then the cookies will turn out to be crispy, and if it is thicker, then the cookies will be soft. Next, cut out cookies with cookie cutters.
If there are no special molds, then you can use an ordinary glass with a small neck.
