How to make blackcurrant pie
We get the currants in advance from the freezer, leave at room temperature for 2 hours, then put in a colander, rinse with running cold water. Leave the berries in a colander to glass the water.
Pour small white sugar into a bowl, break fresh eggs. If the eggs are small, then take 5 pieces.
Beat eggs with sugar until a lush and light mass is formed. The volume of eggs and sugar should increase approximately threefold.
In a whipped mixture, pour the fermented baked milk at room temperature, mix gently.
Sift the wheat flour mixed with baking powder. Add the flour to the bowl in small portions, knead the dough.
Melt the butter, cool, pour into the dough, mix. Butter can be replaced with olive or any vegetable.
Now put in the dough thawed currants. Meanwhile, we heat the oven to 180 degrees.
Lubricate the baking dish with the hole in the middle with butter, sprinkle with flour.
Pour the dough into the mold.
We put the form on the average level of the heated oven, bake for 35-40 minutes.
We get the finished cake out of the mold, cool on a wire rack.
Sprinkle icing sugar through a strainer.
On a still warm pie, put the chocolate drops (icing).
Serve on the table with tea, coffee or milk. Bon Appetit.
