Ingredients:

  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • sugar - 20 grams;
  • salt - 0.5 tables. l .;
  • flavourless vegetable oil - 25 grams;
  • apple vinegar - 30 grams.

We wash all the tomatoes and cut them into large slices, immediately cutting the stem.
