Salad "Bride" with Peking cabbage and fried chicken
Salads with cabbage by themselves always turn out to be juicy and tasty, and even useful, because cabbage contains such vitamins as: U, K, A, B1, B2, B3 and others. We propose to cook today a salad not from white cabbage, but from Beijing. To taste it is with this cabbage that the Bride salad turns out to be very tender, but at the same time hearty and tasty.
It is prepared with the addition of fried chicken. In order for the meat to be dry, the breast should first be boiled, and then fry it a little in a pan, as in this recipe with a photo. If there is no desire and time, then you can simply fry it, but not for too long, as the breast will become rather dry, and maybe even harsh.
Cream cheese is definitely added to this salad, and in order not to spoil the taste of the finished dish, you should buy high-quality.
It is better that its fat content is at least 30%, and that it is not a cheese product.The list of necessary ingredients for the preparation of salad:
- Beijing cabbage - 50 grams;
- egg - 1 piece;
- potatoes - 1 piece;
- chicken breast - 1 piece;
- cheese with a fat content of 30% - 1 piece;
- mayonnaise - 2 tablespoon.
How to make Bride salad
Boil potatoes and eggs.
Now peel the vegetable, grate it. Put the grated potatoes in the forming ring, which set on a plate. Make a grid of mayonnaise.
Separate the egg white from the yolk. Grate the yolk and put on the potatoes.
Now boil the chicken breast, disassemble it into small pieces with your hands and fry for a minute, not more. Do not let the crust form. The meat should be tender and tasty.
Put the meat on the yolks, again make a grid of mayonnaise.
Tear off a few leaves of Beijing cabbage. Cut off the white part, cut the green into thin strips. Put the cabbage on the meat. Make the grid again from the sauce.
The next layer will be grated cream cheese, and then chicken proteins.
To decorate the salad, take a slice of Beijing cabbage, from which twist a rose. Put it in the center of the salad.
